Booth Information

The Bloomsday Trade Show Exhibit Package includes the following:
Booths are 10′ X 10′ and include a backdrop, side skirts, electricity (500 watts), one 8′ X 2′ table and one chair. Please call LCD Exposition Services at (509) 325-9656 if additional equipment, storage, phone lines, etc. is needed. For additional electrical needs, or for high speed internet connection, contact the Spokane Public Facilities District at (509) 279-7000. All additions are at the exhibitor’s expense.

Cost

The cost is $850.00 per booth space. An additional $50.00 fee will be assessed if food or a beverage is distributed. Checks are to be made payable to the Lilac Bloomsday Association or by calling the Lilac Bloomsday office at (509) 838-1579 and paying by credit card. Limited booth space is available. The booth fee is refundable if written notice of cancellation is received by the Lilac Bloomsday Association on or before March 1, 2024, less a $150.00 processing fee per booth. No refunds will be issued after March 1, 2024.
