Need help getting ready for Bloomsday™? Join hundreds of walkers, joggers and runners as we begin free Providence | Group Health Training clinics.
Train safely and progress at your own speed, every Saturday morning starting March 14 until April 25. Start inside the Spokane Falls Community College gym at 8:30 a.m. with an expert speaker on up-to-date training topics. Warm up with a personal trainer by 8:45 and line up outside of the gym at 9:00 a.m. for the weekly training course.
Everyone starts with one mile the first week, increasing by one mile every weekend until you’ve prepared for the full length of the Bloomsday™ route. Routes are on the campus of Spokane Falls, and onto the Centennial Trail after week four. Volunteers from Providence Health Care and Group Health will be at each clinic to provide safety for all participants, crossing guards, water stations and first aid.
