Spokane, WA—In light of some concern regarding the presence of swine flu cases in Washington State, Bloomsday has consulted with Spokane Regional Health District officials regarding race activities this weekend.
Bloomsday has been advised by the Regional Health District that there is no reason to alter or cancel Bloomsday events. Health District officials urge those who feel feverish or otherwise have indication that they may be ill, to cancel their plans to participate. Others are welcome and encouraged to line up Sunday morning for this annual celebration of spring.
