How to Join:
- Form Your Team: Gather 3-5 team members and select a captain.
- Register as a Team: The team captain handles the registration process.
Registration Fees:
- 3-member team: $75
- 4-5 member team: $100
Steps for Captains:
- Collect payments from your team members.
- Submit participant details to Bloomsday organizers for processing.
- Once payment is confirmed, the captain will receive registration codes to distribute to team members.
- Team members use these codes to complete their individual registrations.

How does registration work for the college cup?
To register your college cup team, you must first find a group of 3-5 members. Once you have found your group, you will select a captain. Your captain will be in charge of payment, communication, and registration for your team. Your team captain then collects the money and sends intern@bloomsdayrun.org an email with registrants’ info: First name, last name, date of birth. Next, you will receive a payment link via email to the captain. Once payment is received, the captain will receive all the registration codes. The team captain will distribute the codes to the team members, and they will register as normal.
Do participants of the college cup receive the same Bloomsday t shirt at the end as all the other runners?
Yes! All college cup participants receive the annual finisher shirt, as well as an additional college cup T-shirt!
Do all members of the team have to be a current college student?
Yes. To participate in the college cup your entire team must be registered as a current graduate or undergraduate student.
What is the difference between registering under College Cup and registering regularly?
College Cup allows you to run in teams with your friends and compete against others. You will also get the opportunity to start earlier, as well as free entry to the after party! Most importantly, College Cup registration rates do not increase as you get closer to race day, so no matter how long it takes you to decide to race, it is still a great affordable deal.
Can I change my team members after registration?
Yes, but any changes made after April 10th will require a $10.00 charge. Any changes should be emailed directly to support@bloomsdayrun.org
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
No - bloomsday registrations are non-transferrable.
Do I need to be an experienced runner to participate in College Cup?
You do not need to be an experienced runner.Bloomsday is for runners and walkers. College Cup is a sub division in the Bloomsday race that aims to bring the college aged community together to enjoy Bloomsday with an affordable race entry fee.
