The Bloomsday Corporate Cup presented by Providence is a one-of-a-kind team building, opponent-taunting, fitness flaunting field day that pits company vs. company in the ultimate competition to claim the cup!

Register your team (of 3-5 employees), start the smack talk early, show up fit, ready to run, and celebrate your accomplishments at the after party!

Eligibility

The Corporate Cup offers an exciting team-based Bloomsday experience with an entry fee of $600.00 per team, covering individual Bloomsday entry fees for each member. Teams are limited to 3-5 members to qualify for scoring. This competition is open to employees of corporations, partnerships, proprietorships, and governmental units, allowing companies to enter as many teams as desired. Team members must be 18 years or older and employed by the company for at least 30 hours per week, subject to verification.

Please note: elite seeded runners are not eligible to compete on Corporate Cup teams, ensuring a fair playing field.

To streamline the registration process, designate a Team Captain who initiates registration and can register team members with the necessary information. If this is not feasible, Team Captains must provide email addresses for team members to complete online registration. The field is limited to 300 teams, so prompt registration is crucial. Debit or credit card payment is required, as checks are not accepted. The Corporate Cup further enhances the experience with nine divisions based on the number of employees as well as a women’s division, ensuring diverse and competitive participation.

Having a clever team name for the Bloomsday Corporate Cup adds an extra layer of excitement with the prospect of earning bragging rights. The top three teams compete for the recognition of having the wittiest and most memorable team name. This additional element of friendly competition not only encourages teams to come up with inventive and clever names but also adds a playful edge to the event. It becomes an opportunity for teams to showcase their creativity not just in running but in branding their team with a name that stands out and earns them lasting recognition within the Bloomsday community. The pursuit of these bragging rights adds a delightful and spirited dimension to the overall experience, making the Bloomsday Corporate Cup not just a race but a memorable and enjoyable celebration of teamwork and camaraderie.

Experience the ultimate post-race celebration exclusively for Corporate Cup participants! Running from 9:45 am to 12:45 pm, gain entry with your Pink bib number or the Second Seed Singlet. Alternatively, secure a guest ticket online or at the Bloomsday office for an unforgettable experience. Enjoy local brews in the beer garden, spun by a DJ, making it a vibrant celebration you won’t want to miss. We’ve got your convenience in mind, transporting your gear bag right to the Corporate Cup area. Capture the moment with post-race photos available for download online.

Indulge in post-race delights with free pizza, gourmet grub, ice cream, and more, along with complimentary massages from Therapeutic Connections, extended until 12:30 this year. Corporate Cup teams can invite up to five additional guests to the festival for $30.00 per person, but grab your tickets early as space is limited.
